場地使用守則

為確保所有租用人及來賓均能享有安全、舒適及愉快之體驗,敬請仔細閱讀並遵守以下條款。進行預訂、付款或實際使用場地,即表示閣下同意並接受本條款及細則之約束。

 

1. 場地清潔

 

  • 租用人須保持場地整潔,垃圾須妥善放置於指定垃圾袋或垃圾桶內。

  • 如因任何行為導致場地污染、嚴重污損或異味殘留,本公司有權就清潔服務收取合理清潔費,並保留從按金中扣除或扣留全額按金之權利。

 

2. 設施及設備使用

 

  • 場內一切設施及設備(包括但不限於:PS5、卡拉OK系統、電動麻雀枱、Mini Bar、電視、桌上遊戲等)須以小心、合理方式使用。

  • 未經許可,不得搬動、改裝、拆卸或以任何方式干擾設備,以免造成安全風險或功能失效。

  • 如因不當使用、疏忽或蓄意行為導致設備損壞或遺失,租用人須承擔維修或更換之全部合理費用;本公司有權於按金中扣除或另行追討。

 

3. 禁止及受規管行為

 

  • 場內嚴禁吸煙(包括傳統煙、電子煙及加熱煙)、使用明火、燃點煙花或任何危險品。

  • 嚴禁任何違法或不當行為,包括但不限於賭博、吸食或持有受管制藥物、暴力或恐嚇行為。

  • 一經違反上述規定,本公司可即時終止租用而無需退款,並保留追究損失之權利。

 

4. 預訂時段與交還要求

 

  • 租用人須依預訂之確認時段準時進出場地;逾時使用或非預約時段佔用將被收取額外費用。

  • 任何延長時段須視乎實際供應並可能引致額外收費;本公司保留拒絕延長之權利。

  • 未能按時到達不構成延長時段或退款之理由。

  • 交還場地時,租用人須確保環境、設施及設備回復至租用前之合理狀態。

 

5. 噪音管控

 

  • 場地已設適當隔音處理;惟租用人仍須顧及大廈管理規定及鄰里安寧,避免過度喧嘩或製造滋擾。

  • 如因噪音或行為引起投訴、管理公司執行行動或政府部門介入,相關法律責任與費用由租用人自行承擔;因此導致之營運損失,本公司保留追討權利。

 

6. 安全

 

  • 租用人及來賓須自行注意人身安全並妥善保管個人物品。本公司對於任何遺失、被竊、損壞或人身傷害概不承擔責任,除非屬於本公司因故意不當行為或重大過失而直接導致。

  • 租用人須確保場內活動之性質、佈置及使用方式符合安全標準及適用法例(包括消防及人群管理要求)。

 

7. 出入安排

  • 本場地設有24小時自助進場系統。預約一經確認,本公司將向租用人提供一次性進場密碼。

  • 租用人須妥善保管進場密碼,不得交予或披露予任何未獲授權之第三者。違反者本公司可取消其使用資格及/或終止租用而不作退款,並就因此產生之損失保留追討權利。

8. 押金、費用及扣款

  • 本公司可按需要就租用收取按金。若無損毀、污損、投訴或其他違規情況,按金將於離場後48小時內退回。

  • 如出現清潔、維修、更換、或違規等情況,本公司有權於按金中扣除相關合理費用。

  • 所有費用之計算及收取將以本公司最新之收費標準及實際損耗為依據。

9. 不可抗力及服務中斷

  • 因外部因素或非本公司可合理控制之事件(包括但不限於臨時停電、水浸、火災、電梯服務中斷、政府指令、極端天氣等)而導致之損失或不便,本公司恕不承擔賠償責任。已繳費用之處理(包括改期)將視個別情況及本公司政策而定。

10. 適用法例、合規與大廈規約

 

  • 租用人須遵守香港特別行政區適用法例、相關政府部門規定、大廈管理規約及物業使用限制(包括但不限於消防安全、公共衛生、噪音管制、酒類規管及公眾秩序等)。

  • 如因違規而導致罰款、執法行動或第三方索償,相關責任由租用人承擔。

11. 條款修訂、最終決定及語言

 

  • 本公司有權不時修訂本條款及細則而無需事先通知;最新版本將以本公司公布為準。

  • 如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權及對條款之最終解釋權。

  • 如中英文版本存有差異或不一致,概以繁體中文版為準。本公司對因使用、不當使用或依賴任何翻譯版本而引起之損失或損害,概不承擔任何責任。

Terms and Conditions of Venue Use (Hong Kong)

To ensure a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all hirers and their guests, please read carefully and comply with the following terms. By making a booking, effecting payment, or using the venue, you are deemed to have agreed to and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Venue Cleanliness

  • The hirer must keep the venue tidy. All refuse must be properly disposed of in designated garbage bags or bins.

  • If any act results in contamination, serious soiling, or persistent odor, the Company reserves the right to charge a reasonable cleaning fee and to deduct such amount from the deposit or retain the full deposit.

2. Use of Facilities and Equipment

  • All facilities and equipment within the venue (including but not limited to PS5, karaoke system, automatic mahjong table, mini bar, television, and board games) must be used carefully and in a reasonable manner.

  • Without prior authorisation, the hirer must not move, modify, dismantle or otherwise interfere with any equipment, so as to avoid safety risks or malfunction.

  • In the event of damage or loss arising from improper use, negligence or wilful conduct, the hirer shall bear all reasonable repair or replacement costs. The Company may deduct such costs from the deposit or pursue recovery separately.

3. Prohibited and Regulated Conduct

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises (including traditional cigarettes, e‑cigarettes and heated tobacco products), as are open flames, fireworks, and any dangerous goods.

  • Any unlawful or improper conduct is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to gambling, the use or possession of controlled drugs, and violent or intimidating behaviour.

  • Upon any breach of the above, the Company may immediately terminate the hire without refund and reserves the right to pursue losses.

4. Booking Period and Handover Requirements

  • The hirer must adhere to the confirmed booking time for entry and exit. Overtime use or occupation outside the booked period will incur additional charges.

  • Any extension is subject to availability and may incur extra fees. The Company reserves the right to decline any extension.

  • Late arrival does not entitle the hirer to an extension or refund.

  • Upon handover, the hirer must ensure the venue, facilities and equipment are returned to a reasonable condition consistent with that prior to use.

5. Noise Control

  • While the venue is equipped with appropriate soundproofing, the hirer must remain mindful of building management rules and neighbourhood peace, and avoid excessive noise or nuisance.

  • Where noise or conduct results in complaints, action by building management, or intervention by government departments, the hirer shall bear all related legal liabilities and costs. The Company reserves the right to seek compensation for any operational losses thereby incurred.

 

6. Safety 

  • The hirer and guests must take care of their own personal safety and keep personal belongings secure. The Company accepts no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or personal injury, unless directly caused by the Company’s wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

  • The hirer must ensure the nature of activities, layout and use of the venue comply with safety standards and applicable laws (including fire safety and crowd management requirements).

7. Access Arrangements 

  • The venue is equipped with a 24‑hour self‑access system. Upon booking confirmation, the Company will provide the hirer with a one‑time access code.

  • The hirer must keep the access code secure and must not share or disclose it to any unauthorised third party. In case of breach, the Company may cancel access and/or terminate the hire without refund, and reserves the right to pursue any resulting losses.

8. Deposit, Charges and Deductions

  • The Company may, where necessary, collect a deposit for the hire. If there is no damage, soiling, complaint or other breach, the deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after check‑out.

  • In case of cleaning, repair, replacement or breach, the Company may deduct the relevant reasonable costs from the deposit.

  • All charges will be calculated and levied in accordance with the Company’s latest fee schedule and the actual loss incurred.

9. Force Majeure and Service Disruption

  • The Company shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from external factors or events beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to temporary power outages, flooding, fire, lift service interruptions, government directives, or extreme weather). Treatment of fees already paid (including rescheduling) will be handled on a case‑by‑case basis in accordance with the Company’s policy.

10. Applicable Laws, Compliance and Building Regulations

  • The hirer must comply with the applicable laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the requirements of relevant government authorities, building management rules, and property use restrictions (including but not limited to fire safety, public health, noise control, liquor regulation, and public order).

  • Any fines, enforcement actions or third‑party claims arising from non‑compliance shall be the responsibility of the hirer.

11. Amendments, Final Decision and Language

  • The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. The latest version as published by the Company shall prevail.

  • In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision and final interpretation of these Terms.

  • In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail. The Company accepts no liability for any losses or damages arising from the use, misuse or reliance on any translated version.
